A native of Wichita, Kansas, Patti Butler graduated from South High School, and attended Wichita State University. In 1975, Patti began a very successful and rewarding banking career, which led to being recognized in Inc. Magazine, and a college textbook, for her innovative customer service skills.
After retiring from banking, Patti quickly realized it was time to have fun doing something she had always desired; sell Real Estate! Since obtaining a Kansas Real Estate license in late 2002, Patti has been enjoying the process of assisting others with buying and selling properties. She especially enjoys working with first-time home-buyers, and marketing historic properties. Although Wichita is Patti's hometown and primary market, she has successfully listed and sold homes in the Kansas communities of Kingman, Viola, Goddard, Maize, Andale, Colwich, Haysville, Park City, Kechi, Newton, and as far east as Chanute. It would be accurate to state that the entire state of Kansas is Patti's market area; not just the Wichita metro. Being a six-time homeowner, and a retired banker, Patti has participated in the mortgage loan process from every angle, which she believes is a tremendous benefit to clients; especially first-time buyers.
